Jacob Anderson
Coach Jacob
Anderson was born and raised in Austin, TX., and graduated from Anderson HS in
1996. Following high school, Coach Anderson received a B.A. in History and
Minor in Geography from Univ. of Arkansas Little Rock in 2001. While at UALR he
competed in NCAA Div. I Baseball and won Athlete of the Year Honors for the
University in 2000. Following college, Coach Anderson played baseball
professionally in the Northern League in Madison, Wisconsin before beginning
his teaching and coaching career at Lanier HS. Coach Anderson is entering his 23rd year at Navarro HS and is also the Athletic Coordinator. During Coach Anderson’s tenure at Lanier/Navarro the
baseball team has been in the playoffs 14 out of 20 seasons. Coach Anderson is
married to Natalia Anderson and they have two awesome daughters Abby and Izzy.
