Larry Lumbreras
Coach Larry Lumbreras was born and raised in Dilley, Texas where he graduated from Dilley High School. Following high school, Coach Lumbreras graduated from Huston-Tillotson University with his B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies and is entering his 13th year as a teacher/coach. While at Huston-Tillotson he played on the HT baseball team at the NAIA level. While at Dilley for nine years, four were spent as offensive coordinator where he won one District title and two Bi-District titles. Coach Lumbreras was also the head baseball coach at Dilley for six years making it to the playoffs every year and winning three Bi-District titles along the way. Coach Lumbreras is returning to Navarro from Lehman HS where he was a defensive assistant coach. Coach Lumbreras is married to Amanda Lumbreras and has three daughters Audrey (14), Sierra (11), and Gabby (9).
