Noel is in her 2nd year as a Viking at Navarro, having joined the Navarro ECHS athletic training staff as Co-Athletic Trainer from the University of Idaho with a Master of Science in Athletic Training. Noel has a vast clinical experience with Southwestern University Football, the University of Idaho ISMaRT Clinic, as well as various high schools throughout Idaho and Central Texas. Noel has certifications in the Mulligan Concept, Myokinesthetic Systems, and Dynamic Release Therapy. 

Prior to the University of Idaho, Noel attended Colorado Mesa University where she studied Exercise Science and Sport Management and was part of the nationally ranked Women's Swim Team. In her time there, she helped the Mavericks to win 3 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Team Titles, while individually earning 10 RMAC Athletic All Conference Team honors, 3 RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll honors, was a CSCAA Honorable Mention All American, CSCAA 1st Team Scholar All America in 2020 with Honorable Mention honors in 2021.
