Coach Coutino was born and raised here in Austin, TX. He graduated from Concordia University Texas with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Entering year 3 in teaching and year 2 in coaching, he is one of our new assistant football coaches and is happy to be a part of the staff as a Viking Alumni (Class of 2014). He is also an 8th grade boys & girls basketball coach and boys track & field coach at Burnet Middle School.

Growing up, Coach Coutino attended to T.A. Brown Elementary, Webb Middle School, and Lanier High School (now known as Navarro High School). He was also involved in sports such as football, basketball, and track. His goal is to have an impact on students' lives the same way his former coaches had an impact on his life.
