Last Week at the District Meet Kaitlyn came in 1st in the Shot Put and 2nd in the Discus. This week she competed at the Area Track Meet. She placed 6th in the discus and she placed 3rd in Shot Put! These results earned the Navarro Track team 7 points which outplaced many teams all together. Her 3rd place finish in the Shot Put has earned her a spot at the Regional Track Meet in Houston. Kaitlyn has worked extremely hard this year to advance to Regionals. All of the Track Coaches are proud of her and look forward to her competing again in two weeks for a shot at State!
