Our Vikings came out hot and stayed hot yesterday posting a season high 60 points in a 60-26 win over the Smithville Tigers in the Lexington Tournament. The team showed off our Viking Values representing Navaro ECHS yesterday. Jonah De Hoyos led the charge with a game high 19 points, including 5, 3-pointers. Wilkens Dorsaintville (15), Vic Herrera (9), and Chauncey Droemer (7) all helped light up the scoreboard for the Viks. Jesse Reyes (6) , Junius Taylor (2), and Rocky Gonzalez (2) scored and provided the toughness in the paint to put the Vikings over the top. Special shout out to Granny's Restaurant that provided a delicious lunch for the boys along with some Southern Hospitality. The Vikings will be back in Lexington on Saturday to play in the Consolation Championship game.
