Boys Soccer closed out their preseason tournament schedule with a 7-1 thrashing of Killeen Shoemaker. The Vikings started on the front foot with Sophomore Roli Diengo opening the scoring after dribbling between two defenders in the opening minute of the match. Josue Montalvan rounded the keeper before slotting home a Jared Morales through ball five minutes later. Rodrigo Suarez opened his 2020 scoring account with a low drive from outside the box that left the keeper no chance and Josue bagged one more goal to close out the first half 4-0. In the 2nd half the Shoemaker defense set up in a low block to try to stop the bleeding, but the Vikings were relentless from the start again. Josue set up two more goals for himself with tricky dribbling past his marker in the first 15 minutes. Alessandro Alonso completed the Viking septet of goals by finishing a cross with a close range smash that left absolutely no doubt.
