This morning we beat the sunrise at 5:30AM on our way to Lago Vista, where our team competed their first season race. Each Viking was given a goal time based on their performance from previous inner squad mock races. It was not a surprise to see every single one of our 16 student-athletes who ran today beat their goal! We are extremely proud of our kids for their grit & willingness to give it their all on the course. Next week will be at Belton for our second race. Stay tuned for more great news!
